Training of Ubinan Survey Officers of 2018

May 15, 2018 | BPS Activities

Along with the completion of the agenda of BPS that is the implementation of UMK Data Collection and Economic Census of UMB 2016-Continuity, routine BPS activities have been peeped at the beginning of 2018. One of them is the Ubinan Survey. This survey is the closing of a BPS survey by the end of 2017. With the spirit of work, and the spirit of Bureaucratic Reform, of course, we must be prepared to conduct this activity professionally, qualified and on time.
The ubinan survey is one survey whose results are highly highlighted by many data users, due to their relationship to the crop area and the productivity of food crops (rice crops). The ubinan survey itself is a survey aimed at determining the productivity (yield per hectare) of food crops (rice and palawija) whose implementation is carried out in 3 subrounds, namely:
1. Subround 1 (period January - April)
2. Subround 2 (period May - August)
3. Subround 3 (period September - December)

Prior to ubinan execution, usually the stages of recording or registration of households is done by the list officer who has previously supplied material in the announcement list. This list runs at the end of the month leading up to the subround period. Household recording activities are conducted to obtain a complete list of complete and up-to-date names and addresses of households that cultivate food crops and estimate harvest months in the subround period.
